The original 1990s villa featured a prominent brick pantry dividing the kitchen and living area. This was removed to open up the space and eliminate the visual obstruction, allowing light to flow freely. The third bedroom previously a study was fully enclosed, creating privacy for the client now using the room as a nursery. The main bathroom was reconfigured to fit a walk-in shower while retaining a bath tub, an essential for a young family. The finishes were selected with both visual appeal and ease of maintenance in mind.
